After a
contractor has signed up with my
Design/Build Project, they are able to use the site as an interactive
database for each of their client's projects.
Each project has folders for information ranging from sales contracts to
construction documentation. The contractor can give each member of the project team
(home owner, lead carpenter, estimator, administration etc.) access to the system on
the site and that information which pertains to each member.
For example the home owner can have access to drawings, contracts and product
selection information, but not have access to internal company data such as internal
procedures and financial information. |
